Off + Running

If you read my bio you will know I have never been a runner. Heck I didn’t even like walking places I didn’t have to! Then one day something prompted me to lace on the shoes and give it a go. Here is the plan I used to work my way up to being a runner.

Leg Ladder

This is great for beginners and advanced fitness junkies. You control the level of work you need to do. It is a great combination of strength and cardio to ensure you are getting the most from your workouts. I love ladders!
