Simple Side SaladThis salad is the perfect accompaniment to any dish. As the names describes it really is a simple salad to throw together but is full of flavour and looks great on the plate. A good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the secret ingredient in this dish. Don’t scrimp on purchasing this, it will add both nourishment and taste to your meal.

Simple Side Salad

What do I need?
  • 4 handful of Mixed Salad Greens – rocket, baby spinach, mesclun

  • 120g of Goats Cheese or Danish Feta

  • 4 Tbl of Sunflower Seeds and Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

  • 2 Tbl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Let’s Do This!

1. Grab a handful of the mixed salad greens and place on each plate.

2. Crumble 30g of goats cheese (or feta) through the leaves.

3. Scatter 1Tbl of the mixed seeds across the leaves.

4. Drizzles 1/2Tbl of EVOO over the salad.
