We put so much pressure on ourselves to fit it all in, to tick all the boxes of what we think we should be doing.

Interestingly I find that many people, myself included let go of the things that feel good for us and when I say good, I mean the things that make us feel alive. With all the other things in life vying for our attention, it can be easy to put ourselves and what we need last.

{

I spent so long not loving myself. Not caring for myself. This is something I see some clients struggle with.

{

 I would like to invite you to show a little love and care for yourself. And also give you permission to put down a ball for a while.
