Many people have a hard time coming to terms with how much stress affects our bodies. And what stress is to them. The reaction to stress within our bodies has kept us alive for million of years. It is what protected us and helped us survive and evolve from the time we were cavemen through to now. Our body is literally wired to keep us safe. Combined with food, movement and our digestive system which I have addressed in previous videos, I think stress is one of the top players in how energised we feel.
