If you have ticked the boxes in eating food to energise and you’re moving in a way that provides you with energy (see video links below if you haven’t caught the previous videos) then maybe you need to start looking at how well some of your body systems are working. So lets look at digestion and energy.

One body system I feel most crucial is the gastrointestinal (GIT) or digestive system. If this is not functioning optimally neither can any of your other body systems. All of our nutrients are first processed by our GIT system. It is connected to how you feel and function, how much fat your burn, your energy levels, the appearance of your skin, even your mood. When you have a GIT system working at it’s best, it’s like building a house on strong foundations

Up to 1 in 5 people experience digestive problems and this video will help you get yours firing. If this is a body system that gives you grief through regular bloating, diarrhoea, constipation (or all three!) And you feel like this is just ‘normal’ for you, it does not have to be this way. This is also a great place to start addressing if you are low on energy. You can improve your digestion and energy.

Addressing the causes that are preventing you from having an enjoyable time on the loo or causing you any kind of digestive discomfort, can not only change your energy but the way your experience life, your health and even your waist line.
